Alyssah Milano has one of the biggest personalities on television, and it’s one that can’t be denied.
Alyssamore is a big, big part of what makes her a star, so when the actress was asked if she was scared to come forward about the abuse she suffered as a child in the 1980s, she was hesitant.
“It’s one of those things that’s been there for so long, you just don’t want to put your heart on the line for it, because then you might just hurt your family more,” Milano told The Huffington Post in a phone interview.
“I would never say I was afraid to say that because it would have been a really big thing, and you’re kind of looking back on it and saying, ‘I wish I had done something.’
And that’s the thing that I’m afraid of: What if I hurt my family more?”
In the early 1990s, Milano and her husband, Matt Damon, were attending the premiere of the movie, “The Wrestler,” when Damon and Milano saw a boy, Daniel, who was playing the part of a wrestler.
When they approached the boy, the boy told them that he had been beaten by Milano.
The boy, who is now a senior at St. John’s University, told the Hollywood Reporter that Milano had been a good friend of his growing up.
“She was always there for me,” Daniel told the outlet.
“We hung out all the time.
We were always playing together.
We’d go to church together, and she would always be there.”
The next day, Milana said that she woke up to find bruises on her leg.
“And then she said, ‘What happened to you?’
And I was like, ‘No, I don’t remember that.
I was asleep,'” Daniel told The Hollywood Reporter.
“They were like, “Oh, yeah, we found bruises on your leg,'” and I was just like, What are you talking about?
I dont remember anything like that.
And then I remember her saying, `Did you sleep at that time?’
And so I said, `Yeah, I had to sleep.’
And I think I got up to go get my shirt off and then she says, `You don’t have to do that anymore.
You don’t do that any more.’
And then she was like `Well, I’m not gonna tell you that, but I am going to tell you you need to take care of yourself,'” Daniel recalled.
Milano said that after several hours of counseling, she decided to take the matter to a doctor who diagnosed her with lacerations to her hip and knee. “
The boy then began crying, so Milano decided to go see what was wrong with her leg, according to The Hollywood Press.

The doctor diagnosed Milano with a tear, and the boy was sent to an in-patient clinic at the St. Lukes Hospital.

While Milano, who won an Oscar for “The Wire,” has always had the ability to make herself known on-screen, she has struggled in recent years.
In the late 1990s and early 2000s, her voice was so low that it became difficult for her to connect with the audience.
“That was a big problem for me in that period,” she told HuffPost.
“Because I could have just said, I have to be honest.
I don`t know what I`m supposed to say.
I could say, ‘Well, what happened to me?’ or, `What happened in that house?'”
Milano added that it was important to remember that she was still very young at the time of the incident and that there was nothing that could be done to stop the abuse.
“The thing that was really frustrating was that they never found the child. They didnt find the abuse,” she said.
“So it was kind of hard to know what to do, and to think that maybe if I had just done what they had said, they could have stopped it and it would not have happened.
And so it was really difficult for me to come to terms with that, and then I realized that what they were saying to me was true.
I realized I wasn’t going to be as open and I wasnt going to have that dialogue with the people
