A new Indian restaurant in Sydney’s CBD will be open to the public on Monday.
A new restaurant in the heart of Sydney’s Chinatown, Shreyasa Dining Hall will be the first eatery to open in the city.
It will be owned by Indian chef and owner Shreyesha Rao.
Rao, who came to Australia from India when he was only 13, opened the eatery in the Chinatown in December last year.
It’s a first for the CBD and it will be part of a chain of restaurants which have been operating in Sydney since 2011.
It started in the inner west with the first restaurant in Chatswood, but now it has branches all over Sydney.
It now has three locations in Sydney and is planning to open a fourth.
It is looking to open at least one new restaurant a month in Sydney.
