The Duke University dining hall has opened a new restaurant in Indianapolis.
The Duke Dining Hall has been in operation for about two decades in Indianapolis, serving over 100,000 students and alumni, and the newest addition to the Duke Dine-Ingestion program, which also includes restaurants in New York, Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia.
In a news release, the Duke University Dining and Events Department said the restaurant, named the Duke Duke Diner, will serve “a fresh, modern, and exciting menu, including a rotating selection of locally sourced and local ingredients.”
It’s located at 5200 S. State St. in Indianapolis near the entrance of the University’s downtown campus.
It is expected to open early next year.
